This is a jar of Australian Black Garlic cloves that have been extracted from the bulbs for you. They will last for two years in the jar.
Adding the cloves to your BBQ rub, in your stews, with your cheese platter or with any vegetable will add new flavour highlights to your dishes. The flavour from these bulbs is sweet, savoury and sour. The flavour has been described as a merging of balsamic vinegar and molasses.
When used as a rub on any meat or mixed with vegetables it enhances the flavour. It is very good with lamb.
