Black Garlic Butter

Black Garlic Butter

Take 250g of butter (salted or unsalted) add 50g of black garlic cloves and mix together using food processor.

You can add salt or other seasonings to taste. We recommend rosemary if it is to be used with Lamb.

Slather black garlic butter on any meat including seafood. Try it with Lobster.

On toast with avacado, in your omelette, mashed potatoes.

Place inside chicken before roasting.

Melt and inject into the meat before cooking.

Black Garlic with Avacodo Toast

Black Garlic Chicken Stir Fry


2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1 Chicken Breast (chopped into 1cm cubes)

1 Onion, chopped

1 Cup celery, chopped

1 Cup Frozen Peas

1 and one quarter cup chicken stock

2 tablespoons cornflour

1 quarter teaspoon salt (optional)

1 quarter cup water

2 tablespoons soy sauce

5-6 black garlic cloves or 1 tablespoon black garlic paste


Chop all ingredients before starting to cook

Heat oil in frying pan or Wok then fry onion and celery for a few minutes, then add the chicken. Cook stirring the ingredients until chicken breast is cooked.

Add the stock and bring to boil.

Blend the salt, cornflour, water and soy sauce in a small mixing bowl and stir into boiling stock.

Stir continuously until sauce thickens.

Add frozen peas and choppped black garlic cloves or tablespoon of black garlic paste. Stir for one minute.

Other suggestions

Add cashews and mushrooms

Use beans instead of peas.

Serve with boiled rice.
