Black Garlic Bulbs

These are packets of Australian Black Garlic bulbs that have been handmade. adding the cloves from these bulbs to your BBQ rub, in your stews, with your cheese platter or with any vegetable will add new flavour highlights to your dishes. The flavour from these bulbs is sweet, savoury and sour. The flavour has been described as a merging of balsamic vinegar and molasses. 

When used as a rub on any meat or mixed with vegetables it enhances the flavour. It is very good with lamb.
